The rooms were modern and spacious, and the surroundings of the farm were lovely. It was great for children, with parking right outside the rooms. The cooked breakfast was huge and delicious. The dining room in the conservatory was a pleasant place to eat. There were also games and DVDs available for use in the rooms. the location was ideal for visiting several English Heritage sites and there was a charming local village nearby.
The location meant traveling on unlit roads for evening meals, which was not ideal. The immediate vicinity didn't offer a great choice for vegetarians, but as long as you pre-plan, it's not a major issue.

We had a great stay here. The breakfast is gorgeous with a wide array of dishes, perfect rooms. Secluded position of the venue. Apart from that, flamingo land theme park and was 15 minutes' drive away. Comfy beds were provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming farmhouse retreat! The owners, Steve and his wife, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Yorkshire, from Malton to Whitby and everywhere in between. The kids absolutely loved the onsite park and getting to interact with the farm animals. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, ensuring we started each day off right. we had a lovely time and will definitely be returning next summer!

The best thing about this place was the hospitality. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest b&b we have stayed at, oh! and the breakfasts were superb.

Very welcoming and friendly. Great modern farmhouse en-suite facilities with separate accommodation catering for a family of eight - two couples and a family of four. Small farm with animals on site was a great bonus. Not cheap, but highly recommended.

I recently stayed at a lovely peaceful place surrounded by nature and tranquility. The owners were welcoming and showed me to my spacious room with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The grounds were stunning, with ponies, goats, alpacas, and horses to admire. The breakfast in the vast conservatory was extensive and well cooked, offering a variety of options to choose from. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
Although the room was generally clean, I did find some dust on the skirting boards and items left behind by previous occupants. While this was a minor inconvenience, it would have been preferable to have a more thorough cleaning after each visitor.
